Still Waters Farm proudly owns and stands Lil'Impressive, ApHC, the only colored, N/N son of Impressive, AQHA, in the whole USA! "Lil' Red" is a 1990 model out of the champion producing ApHC mare Little Meow. Sire of only 30 foals to date, 9 being point earners with a combined total of 41 halter points and 4 performance points. The name Impressive speaks for itself, and Little Meows blood is packed full of Appaloosa history. In Little Meows pedigree you will find the names Cooterville Norells Little Red, Joe Hancock, Ding Bob II, Three Chicks, Three Ohs, Prince Plaudit, Red Plaudit and Jokers Sleepy, all in the first five generations of her pedigree. If you know the history of these horses, you can see why we are so pleased to own this horse. Lil' Impressive stands 14.3 hands and weights 1100 lbs. He has the trade mark Impressive features, including a sharp ear that comes right out of the top of the head, a large expressive eye, and a small boxy muzzle. He carries a nice amount of muscle/weight easily, with great vascularity and definition. He is a golden sorrel with a nice smooth haircoat and the roan/snowflake Appaloosa color pattern. He also exhibits every Appaloosa characteristic, including the white eye sclera, heavy mottled skin and striped feet. He is nicely balanced, a soft mover, and has a very nice disposition for any sex horse.
